Nice Hotel
06/26/2010Very nice hotel with a great pool area, very helpful, kind staff. enjoyed our room and stay very much. nicely appointed room with very comfy bed and plenty of pillows.

My custom 1951 chevy pickup was stolen from the Omni hotel Austin at southpark April 9th 2010.Some time in the week before i arrived another pickup was stolen from the same parking lot.They have no cameras and security stunk until after my truck was stolen.If i was informed about the previous theft i would have... taken more precautions or stayed elsewhere.The people at the local level where fine. The hotel was clean and well kept.The security was highly lacking.God forbid if anything happened to my wife or daughter in the parking lot

We were very pleased with the customer service received at this hotel. Our son was coming home from Iraq and upon finding this information out, the hotel upgraded our son's room to a suite, free of charge. They went out of their way to make our son's stay pleasant. We stayed there at the same time and received the same type of service.

We have stayed for week here twice in the last six months. Everyone has always been very nice and willing to help anytime we asked....We had called to have someone fix something in the room and he was there in 30 sec....but didn't knock because our 'do not disturb'; sign was on the door..he called down to the front desk and then they called us to see if he could knock! We had roon service most days, it aways came right on time and hot. One of the times we had our 2 small dogs w/ us and I felt they were welcomed...Easy to get to everywhere location BUT not walking distance to anything..

Very nice hotel, incredible service from a friendly staff. The restaurant was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. The bedding in the rooms is better than most of my friends guest rooms!! Yes, we would stay there again.
