Our room was very disappointing. We have stayed at the Paris in the past and loved the hotel. This time the room was awful. The furniture was falling apart, had pieces missing, had rust stains on the carpet and just look worn. The beds were very uncomfortable and felt like you were sleeping on a slab of cement. Very disappointing stay this time. There was no free internet in the room each device was $14.99 per day per device which is crazy now adays. The norm is free wi-fi now.

We were fortunate to be given a suite, still in its original elegance, not redone or updated. It could not have been more beautiful or more charming. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Our room was quiet, well kept, had easy and quick elevator access to anywhere we needed to go, and staff members were polite, helpful, and invisible unless we had a need. The Paris understands hospitality, and we loved it.

The only complaint I have about this hotel was the lack of a coffee pot in the room. I like my morning coffee before getting dressed and did not want to order room service. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. There were very irritating sales people from one of the cosmetic stores trying to stop us everytime we went by. I smiled and said 'No, thank you" many times, and when he said "why", I told him if he'd have quit the hussle the first time he was asked, I might have come in. Nothing against the hotel, just against the over agressive sales people in the cosmetic shop close to the registration desk.
